BP-20

Individual and private farms always have waste of cattle, pigs, poultry, as well as plant waste. Their constantly growing volumes create many problems in their collection, transportation, storage, processing. The presence of these wastes creates an unfavorable environmental situation associated with pollution of the environment, groundwater and soil.

The most promising solution to this problem is the utilization of agricultural waste in biogas plants (BP) with the production of biogas and liquid high-quality organic fertilizers. At the same time, the plant can be used to process household waste water from individual and farm households.

Two-reactor biogas plant with a total volume of 20 m3. Able to provide energy and biofertilizers to a family farm.

The basis of the BP’s work is the biological processes of fermentation and decomposition of organic substances under the influence of methane-forming bacteria in anaerobic conditions, characterized by the absence of free oxygen, high humidity and a temperature environment of 15-20 ° C for psychophilic, 30-40 ° C for mesophilic and 50-70 ° C for thermophilic bacteria. Anaerobic digestion is carried out in a sealed container – the reactor is usually cylindrical in horizontal or vertical arrangement. For effective fermentation in the reactor cavity, it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature in accordance with the accepted fermentation regime and to carry out regular mixing of the fermented feed.

The volume of the reactor is calculated based on the amount of daily incoming raw materials and the optimal timing of fermentation.

Volume of reactor: 20 m3

Such a quantity of raw materials can be provided by 7 heads of cows or other types of organics.

Technological scheme of the installation.

The installation is being built next to the source of raw materials to exclude transportation costs. It is necessary to provide for the storage of biological fertilizers for the cold period. Electricity is produced in a gas generator using natural gas burned in the internal combustion engine.

We will design the installation for your farm based on the type and quantity of available raw materials, we will help you find new sources of raw materials. Wright us.
